We believe education and basic health care is the foundation and has a major influence in breaking the cycle of poverty, gender equality, peace and stability.
Education is one of the most powerful ways to reduce poverty and improve health, gender equality, peace and stability.
My journey with this organization began in November 2019. HarAry was first meant to serve the underprivileged areas in the downtown Atlanta regions by holding food drives, shoe drives, and even public events to help the homeless. With the abrupt shutdown of many public places and the increase in workload for both frontline workers and first responders due to COVID-19, I decided to transition the mission of HarAry to help those who were directly affected by pandemic.
I am a senior at Brookwood Highschool and some of my hobbies include playing basketball, trading stocks, and competing in math competitions.
I strive to help the community during these difficult times and my role in this organization is to plan/host events, delegate responsibilities to volunteers, and grow this organization in order to make a bigger impact on our community.
I am a junior at Georgia Tech majoring in Neuroscience, and I am the captain of a Bollywood fusion dance team, the secretary for GT Neuroscience Club, and a researcher in the Ultrasound Biophysics Laboratory. Some of my hobbies include dancing, martial arts, fashion, and volunteering!
“The purpose of life is not to be happy. It is to be useful, to be honorable, to be compassionate, to have it make some difference that you have lived and lived well.”
-Ralph Waldo Emerson
As a child, I have always a had a keen interest in attending medical school and eventually becoming a doctor, but it was not until high school when I asked myself why I was doing it. The thought of the human body fascinated me, but it was something far deeper that gravitated me to this field. It is the ultimate pursuit of the highest of life’s work: helping others. This understanding made me realize that before I become a fully-fledged doctor, it was my responsibility to dedicate a large portion of my time to making a positive difference in as many people as possible; this led me to start HarAry Foundation with my brother so that we could be make some difference in this world.
It is my goal to take this organization to new heights by making the greatest impact from facilitating the academic growth of underprivileged students to supporting frontline workers and first responders to providing cost-free medical services. Specifically, my role is to gather and allocate funds and volunteers in order to complete the service projects that are at hand. None of this would be possible without my brother and co-founder: Arya Sripadrao, my parents: Deepa and Sunny Duddilla, and all of the supporters and volunteers for HarAry Foundation!
HarAry foundation's mission is to provide high-quality basic education in a manner that changes lives and improves our community for Adults/children/youth in need and provide basic health care through health fairs.
HarAry foundation’s, basic education and support services serve as an on-ramp for lower-skilled adults/children/youth to upgrade skills that lead not only to a high school credential but also to postsecondary credentials and careers that pay a living wage.
HarAry foundation’s Health fair services provided through partner organizations and practising healthcare professionals, serve the Adults/children/youth in need in providing health-related services so that our efforts lead to the improved health of the individual and the greater community at large.
Along with other volunteer groups, including SEWA, I have spent much my time in high school giving back to the communities through the HarAry foundation in the ways that I can. Temples, fire stations, soup kitchens, and local parks are among the few places that provide support for the community and depend on such volunteer efforts.
I enjoy volunteering for HarAry foundation. It gives me an opportunity to give back to the community and spend time with my friends. I also volunteer with couple of other organizations.....
